The Red Pole Archives is a classified repository of documents recovered from
operations conducted across   and the Pearl River Delta
between 1941 and 1997. Materials were collected by
and held under   provision until the 1997 Handover.

Certain files have been approved for public release under the Historical
Disclosure Framework. Others remain classified pending review by
. Registered archivists may apply for Level 2 clearance.

The archive should be considered a living document. New material is
submitted and reviewed on an ongoing basis. The archive does not
warrant the accuracy of all primary source documents held within.

This is not a website
for a book.
It is an archive.

The Red Pole Archives exists at the intersection of history and fiction — where real events, real places, and real social codes are documented through the case files, operational reports, and personal diaries of those who lived inside the Triad world of Hong Kong and Macau.

Some documents are real history. Some are character diaries. Some are OCTB surveillance logs from the archive’s fictional universe. The line is deliberately, productively blurred.

This is the foundation upon which Blue Lantern and its two successor books are built — and the world you are entering is older, stranger, and more dangerous than any single novel can contain.

Lantern

Book One of The Blue Lantern Trilogy

Jimmy Wong, a kid from the streets of Kowloon, grows up and is drawn into a world far beyond his imagination — a world governed by oaths, rank, and a code so old it predates the colony itself. As a succession crisis tears the network apart, loyalty becomes the only currency whose exchange rate is blood.

Set across Hong Kong and Macau in the decade before the 1997 Handover — an original drama based on unreleased accounts of the Triad underworld in the 1980s.

Every file tells
a true story
in a fictional archive.

The documents in the Red Pole Archives are written to the aesthetic and format of real institutional records — OCTB surveillance logs, ICAC case files, character diaries, intercepted correspondence — from the world of the Blue Lantern trilogy.

“Red Pole Archives is not a book marketing site. It is a classified archive that happens to contain books — and that distinction is worth a hundred thousand followers.”

Some facts are real history. Some are fiction. The archive does not distinguish between them for the reader. That is the point.
